This Weather Is Killing Me

Normally my joints and stumps only start hurting when there's a 20 degree temperature change but with the rain and high humidity it's been a true test of human will to keep me from snapping. I've already broke several pair of plastic chopsticks in a mini fit of rage as well as kicking a half-full two liter of soda. As fate would have it, I must have hit the sweet spot on it because it started spinning on the floor whist releasing a very thin stream of soda. My sleep pattern is horrible; I cant get more than two hours at a time no mater what I try or what I take. Listening to some chanting helps but sometimes I find myself fighting to stay awake to hear the whole track (most are 45 minutes long). My back is almost always out of alignment which means more pain. The last time I saw my chiropractor he shot new films and asked me how I was even able to stand up and sit down let alone do modified yoga and walk on the treadmill. I'll never say that I'm immortal but when the bombs start dropping it'll probably be me, the cockroaches and naked mole rats that survive. That seems like a blessing at times and a curse at others.

I usually don't have muscle pain in the summer. The summer makes my asthma go spastic. In the winter I can breathe but my back and neck are too stiff to celebrate. I tried a chiropractor, but it just made things worse because my issues are in my low back and he won't leave my low back alone...and I'm not going to pay him to hurt me, I can do that to myself for free. Hope you find some relief.
