Do you know that smile create positive energy within us?. Do you accept that we are just pretending to smile for a minute just to take selfies? I doubt that when people use smile emotion here, Does they really smile from the bottom of heart? Or just an emotion code?. I feel that most of us leading a mechanical life. We always got busy with our own stuffs in life. When i met my cousin last week and asked him if everything is fine, he kept a sulky face and moved from that place. Later, i came to know from his mother that he got stressed out as he did not prepare for trignometry unit test which is scheduled next day. His mother is worried as her son is not going well in maths. His father is also worried as his wife did not sent him to a trignometry expert for tution. His Grand parents were much worried as their grandson is not happy. So the whole family is in depression just for the sake of "Trignometry" ??? which is not gonna help in our life anyway other than simple maths for computation. We can see many incidents like this in our daily life . People who are busy in playing games seriously, New project so need to work seriously, people who are worried about their health so go for brisk walk seriously. Laughing for jokes seriously?? I mean people just tend to laugh for that joke, very next minute they will get busy with other stuffs. Bitter truth is we forgot to laugh from the bottom of our heart. I was much worried about our personal issues and stressed out long time. But, from the day my little angel stepped in our life and when she smile at us, we forget all our issues and get some sort of energy within us. From then,"No worry" "No stress" as we dare to face any challenges in our life. In my opinion, though people get busy in their own stuffs, they should spend some time with their kith and kins. How about round table discussion during dinner? I am sure by the end of the day, you will feel relaxed and refreshed if you do so. Have a good day ahead!! Thanks. Well I smile or laugh Very less, but I am not sad at all. People say I am sad or thinking about something , but it's not so. If if don't smile that's doesn't necessarily mean I am sad..

When I'm normal or serious, I look very grumpy. However, it's easy to make me smile and I often laugh for silly things. I smile too much, actually. Some people get worried because they think I make fun of them, but it's something I can't control. And then my cheeks hurt, that's the side effect of smiling too much. But there are times I smile with my lips and heart altogether. Or just with the heart alone.

True smile comes only when we are happy. We need to try to be happy in difficult situations as well. We are going to face it at any cost so why we need to worry about it much?

Yes! it's good to smile. I smile whenever I'm happy, but whenever I'm sad, I look like a baby that wants to cry
