Are you for or against Death Penalty?

This is becoming big issues to some countries and of course it includes as well in our country Philippines that Death Penalty is an issue.
Are you pro or against the death penalty?
Actually with the administration or the President that we have right now I am totally against with it because I disagree to the justice system of our country and yet it can be abusive in some other ways.
But generally at some point I am with it if spiritual is not my concern because I still believe that it can lessen the perpetrators, there are some criminals who deserve this such us the rapists and abusive men, and so on.

When it is crime that is heinous and the criminal is a serial offender , may be. But I feel a life sentence that involves hard work and Community work is better to make the person realise the magnitude of the crime he or she has committed.
