Princess is asleep near the front door, catching the morning rays, enjoying the breeze. She is not chasing or stalking anything.
The birds seem to be mad, though.
A finch was down on the lattice fence, scolding as loud as she possible could. They keep flying from tree to tree. I hear wrens chirping as well.
The robin stays out of sight, but calls out periodically about the morning.
Sorry, birds, this is where Princess kitty lives.
Just keep warning all of the others.

Our cat Sid doesn't bother the birds that come in our garden to eat some food I put out for them but he does like to watch them and twitch his tail.

Princess is more likely to catch a mouse or a mole or rabbit. She has caught birds but mostly cannot be bothered.

I think it's great and funny to listen to their charter ..., and I bet princess is listening as well...even though she's curled up asleep...

Oh, I am certain she was. I imagine that they have quite a lot to say and she just laughs to herself as they are too small and measly to chase.
