All Partied Out

I wasn't here yesterday as it was my granddaughters Sweet Sixteen birthday party. We had a wonderful time and of course I couldn't help remembering the day she was born and how fast time flies.
By the time I got home I was exhausted and couldn't wait to sit and put my feet up. It was pretty much an early night as I kept falling asleep while watching television.
Today I'm feeling okay and had a good nights sleep. Now I'm ready for my coffee and to just spend the day relaxing.
On Tuesday I have another birthday party for my other granddaughter who turns 13! ahhh those teenage years LOL Her party will be at the lake where they live so the kids can all go swimming and I'm hoping that the weather cooperates.
After all the parties I've been too the last month I'm definitely all partied out. My social calendar gets a break after the next party on Tuesday.
That's my Sunday update....how's thing going in your neck of the woods?

Well glad you had a good time at the party and i would be exhausted also. I hope you enjoyed your Sunday relaxing. I have no parties to attend at all this month but my month is pretty busy anyways.

You still beat me with the social calendar but mine was pretty full this last 6 weeks or so. Glad you had a wonderful visit with your son and grandson this past weekend. It's nice when you don't have to share them.

@Marilynda1225 Lol! You almost sounded like me! It's good to have lots of fun, but it's also good to rest, relax, and myLot! While writing this, my son texted me yet another thank you and to mention he arrived home with little traffic.

Our busy time for parties is November and December. It feels like the whole family was born during those two months. I'm happy to hear you had such a good time at the sweet sixteen, I am sure you will have a terrific time at the lake. After it's over it will be a time to relax and take it easy. For a few days at least.

I'm looking forward to the party at the lake tomorrow but hope it doesn't rain. By the end of the week I will be happy to relax and have nothing on my calendar.

We have a birthday party for our oldest great grandson the first week of August and our granddaughter Julia who just got married in on July 24th. The hubs turns 70 on August 11.

It's my Mom's 85th Birthday Bash... and can't wait to hear all about it tomorrow. Sadly, couldn't make it! We live hours and hours away! :(

It's good that things will calm down for you after Tuesday. So many things to do will leave us exhausted, that's for sure!
I hope you enjoy today and relax as much as possible. =)
