Suspension from mercari

So I sell on mercari which is a phone app where you can pretty much sell anything on that app. Well, I asked a seller a question and mercari thought I was asking for certain information and I wasn't but I finally got notification that my 24 hour suspension has been lifted. Well, back to selling there.

@carebear29 another question that I have is do you have to send the item off before you get paid for it? I spoke to a friend about the app and she said that the item has to be dispatched and received before you receive payment.
