Dixie´s son, his wife and child just came from Ecuador. They will be here a month and then they will go to Australia.
Ruth is Australian and they want to seek what to do there as in Ecuador there are nor many possibilities.
Dixie has not been well of health, but is so very happy to have them. I called this evening and knowing that I was invited, I offered my help as cook.
Tomorrow I´ll make hummus. I´ll be alone and today Leticia cooked the garbanzo beans that I had soaked. I have all the ingredients and the time to do it.
I will see if I can see what else to do later on. I will try to take as many appetizers as I can make. I´m sure that Andrés is going to be with his friends in whatever family gathering we have.
What will you do tomorrow? Any special thing?

My hubby made a batch of hummus yesterday. It turned out rather thick but it was tasty. Tomorrow night he wants us to go eat at a restaurant cause it is the anniversary of the moon landing- Apollo day and he likes to celebrate that event.

I didn´t know it was Apollo day. But I do remember when the Apollo landed. It was more than incredible!
