I made a dish called "Better than Crabs"

As I said before, my mom had the cataract surgery and I want her to have good rest at home. Everyday after work I will go to the market to buy the food and then make the dinner. I don't like often cooking the same dishes and therefore I have to go online to have some new inspiration. Yesterday I found this dish and its name is so attractive for me. And especially it tastes well and it is easy and fast to make. And this is why one of the dishes for dinner is "Better Than Crabs". Actually no crabs inside, the main ingredients are milk and egg white

"Xie niu" which you can find it from the market or supermarket. I don't know how to call it in English, perhaps man-made crabs?
