How to get rid of frustration?

Hello Friends Today I wonder why but I am kind of very frustrated. I am just willing to stay alone, though I don't mind with mylotting. Wonder why. I really hate when someone get frustrates without any reason, but today I am being like this. So I want to get rid of this for sure. Any good idea friends?

Maybe try to listen to some soothing music and drink tea? Do some stretching of the body. Hope you feel better soon friend, I feel this a lot too.

I am feeling good now. All frustration gone. I am happy that I was here on mylot which help me too to avoid it at some level. Always good to divert our mind. Yes music is surely good idea there. So you try out tea or music for your frustration?

Keeping yourself busy can help. There are times when I feel frustrated, but I know the reason. The only way to keep me from thinking about the situation is to be busy at all times. It works for me and it helps to increase my income.

True. Yes it is already working I guess. I am doing mylotting since last hour and I guess it diverted my mind and I am feeling relaxed now compare to hour ago.

I just dribble my fingers on the keyboard and share my frustrations in mylot. If I am in the highest mountain, I will just shout out loud.lol

Ha ha.. When I read highest mountain, I thought hope you will not say me to jump from there. Yes mylotting worked for me to avoid some frustration.

Never tried it. I am always bad in reading long books. But I can try with small one. Thanks, I will try if I don't get it solved.

I think you should try to get out more. If you get a dog to walk with you. Take it to the park and let it go and chase the kids. They will have fun running from it. Just kidding.

I don't have pet. And normally I don't frustrate that frequently. But don't know which thing made me frustrate on that day. But now all is well. Thanks.

Working out or a sport is a great way to get rid of stress and frustration. I noticed that when I stopped playing softball that I became a lot more angry and frustrated. Now I workout and it isn't as bad as it was. Or put that frustration into some kind of art.

I am sure this is really good idea. But honestly I don't think here I will find any company for any sport. Here people are two busy. Though its next day and I am feeling well now. Thanks a lot.

Our own thoughts can help or break us. So rather than feed them with negative things, go on the positive ones. Keep yourself busy, and mylotting is a very good avenue to keep those negative thoughts off. Laugh and live life.

Take a deep breath, back track a bit... And pause... Give yourself a well deserved 15 minute break. Don't force it... Do it slow and steady...

Thanks. I will do it next time, as for now I am okay. I don't know what happened for me that day but few hours on mylotting helped me to divert my mind. But today no problem at all.
