Back from a mini trip.

good afternoon.We are back from the coast of Maine.
I did not feel like going to any flea market.
Just want to ride along the coast and make a few stop.
Give Ms.Ruby some space.The weather was perfect.
I have one question before signing off.
When you take a couple out to dinner.How do you feel one of the person order most expensive meal on the menu.This was in Dear Abby and here is the answer.You invited them out for dinner.they order etc.
What do you expect/The party can well afford it.
So how do you feel about this when taking someone out to dinner.
The photo is me hammy Alfredo with another shot of the wonderful scene behind me.Ms.Ruby is too busy sniffing around.she loves to eat bug.
We all have our quirky thing.But I do not eat bugs.

I am glad you are not eating bugs.
Well if I were in a party for dinner..I would wonder why the other person was ordering the most expensive.
That would not sit well with me, but oh well. I would get a bit of their plate lol

Great picture and glad you had a nice mini vacation. Inviting someone out to eat seems like I am offering choice of the full menu but hopefully guests would be considerate

I cannot see Ms Ruby. Can you post a picture of her? My cat loves to chase bugs and concentrates very hard on them and talks to the flies. How was your trip? Do you have family or friends where you went or just went? I have never been to Maine.

. The place looks so beautiful , very good scenery.
If I invited anyone for lunch , they order but they should even check the price .. anyways I will definitely have some from their plate..in that case..lol..
I heard the bugs are protein food, good for health, but I am very eager about such healthy food

Not a good weather here for a vacation, it's the rainy season and it's just too cold to see the sun rise. Congratulations to you though for having a good vacation.

I read that in Yahoo and my take is no matter if a person can afford it or not, an invitee should be respectful. Someone else's funds is not a reason to go all out. If he or she is not sure how much to limit, let the others order first and it can give an idea what price range. On the other hand, if the couple paying says to order anything they want then it's an open invitation to go for it. I personally would still stay in a limit.

Lovely photo and glad you enjoyed your mini trip!!!!! My kids are vacationing in Maine at the seashore and my grandson started camp in New Hampshire today. All in your neck of the woods.
My husband always picks up the bill and never says a word about who ate what or how much it cost.

I usually order the cheapest when that happens, but pretty sure that is why many do not do anything for anyone anymore. Some seriously take advantage of people, even when they are doing something nice for you. Sad.

Love your "Seas the Day" shirt!! I don't intentionally eat bugs, but every now and then a gnat decides he wants to add .00000000000342 grams of protein to my diet.....
