Life on this planet -earth- requires a lot of things, incidence and occurrence, success and failure, happiness and sadness and so on. I don't believe anybody can reside on this planet without being involved in a emergent situations. But as there are emergent situations, so are there magic words which could help solve the situation. These words include I'm sorry, Thank you and Please. These words may look Small but their functions is not as Small as they look. I'm sorry - When you make a mistake. Thank you - When someone does something good or positive to you. Please - When you offend someone/ When you need something that is not in your possession and you have to get it from the possessor. Let's learn to use these words, they really work magically.

Those are must words to learn and be taught but it is sad not all learn them.
