No matter what'[s said or done there is no reason for any person who is trying to accomplish more should be entertained by the distractions. If what's occurring won't be of any benefit then there's no need to be bothered by what's going on. The ones who expect to climb higher must focus on what they're trying "to accomplish." The distractions are a way to prevent or hinder a person or persons from excelling or moving in the direction they're trying to move in. The best thing to do is "smile and keep moving." Oh yes. Some will try to hinder others especially if they're not liking where they're headed. Just because some are disagreeing about the decision one makes. There is no need to stop making decisions just because some are satisfied. If individuals allow others to make their decisions then they'll be under their control. It's better to keep making progress and yes it's unfortunate that so many are so cruel. "It's alright" though because what every person doesn't go unnoticed. So if they're trying to cause disruptions then perhaps find ways to alleviate the distractions by simply tuning out. I'm continuously learning how t9o tune out individuals. No time to be troubled by chaos. (Tanikka Paulk)

Very wise to tune out those who are bent on being negative more often than not.
