Book Launched / myLot

It was a busy 3 hours moderating the on-line launch event for my new book but I made it through. The book is now live on Amazon in Kindle form and available in paperback at the CreateSpace store. One day soon it should be available in paperback on Amazon. My next big adventure is coming up Thursday when I fly to Texas to meet my younger son. He has his care with him there at A&M and we will be driving back together. I'm looking forward to road trip. It's been a while since I've been on a road trip alone with one of my boys. I hope everyone is doing well. What have you got going on this week?

Unfortunately we are up against a strict deadline for our return trip, but I am hoping we can see one or two sites on our way back.

I hate deadlines @DWDavis Maybe you two could make it a point to at least have a good meal at some really interesting restaurant on the way, ya gotta eat, right?

@rebelann My son has already picked out a restaurant in College Station that is locally famous in town for us to eat at on Wednesday night. We will try to time our stops to find other local places on our way home.

@silvermist Thank you for reading it in Hub Pages. I am in the process of making some slight revisions and moving it from Hub Pages to my blog. Eventually I will migrate all my Hubs to my blog and close my Hub. I hope you enjoy the story.

The latest book is One Boy Two Islands. 142 Days After is still a work in progress as I am not sure yet how it will end. I am posting rough drafts of chapters from 142 Days After on my blog from time to time.

@JohnRoberts Yes, he is. But he was a camp counselor for years, and an RA in the dorms for 2 years, so I think he's up to the challenge.

When my boys were growing up, especially during their teen years, I made of point of taking at least one 1-on-1 trip with them each summer. They still talk about those trips.
