Do you guys have any recommendation on where to find pen pals?I tried som websites but sadly no one actually chatted with me.So what should I do to let other people to talk to me?Should I change my profile a little bit?

If you have a facebook account, I suggest you start there. Join facebook groups that cater to meeting new people. But you have to be careful. There are groups that are just created to scam people or blackmail them. If you have a hobby, gardening or cross-stitching for example, you can join groups centered on those hobbies. You can make great friends there. MyLot is also one example.
