About my daughter's job

Remember the boss who was on vacation who emailed my daughter to tell her she was very courageous to send her email? Well, he met with her today and gave her a $500 bonus (in Visa gift card form) and told her that when the CEO gets here, they're going to discuss giving her a raise. She said she isn't holding her breath, but it still made her happy. I think they realize she was trying to protect them. Couldn't happen to a more deserving person, I don't think.

I know - I love that she is being rewarded for doing the right thing. It shouldn't be a surprise, but in today's world, far too often the opposite happens. Employees are punished for doing the right thing. I think she has a good employer.
