whatever bank your affiliated with, I would definetly get a debit card from them. It's not that difficult as with a debit card, you can only spend what is in your bank account. I don't think you really need a credit card though.
Well, it will make it difficult to purchase things on the Internet, as most online merchants require a credit or debit card. If you want to order something over the phone, you can't pay cash...you'll need a debit or credit card.
