Do You Attend Reunions?

Yesterday, I attended a reunion of our college organization that has an advocacy for environmental preservation and social development. We also met there the active college members, they are still enrolled in the university, while some of us, alumni, also met there. Only a few of us alumni were there, maybe due to reasons of distance or some of them could be so busy with other things or others in other countries already. As much as I could, I always try to attend the yearly reunion held every first week of August because I miss the fun when we were together in college. Do you also attend reunions?

There was a time I'm so active with my batchmates reunion, maybe 3 or 4 years ago. Time has change now, my batchmates are so active in get together and social gathering, and even going to the wake of our batchmates deposed one.

@acelawrites we are always friend and that cannot change, but sometimes we cannot attend because we have our own way of life now unlike when we were still studying that we have all the time.

@ilocosboy I agree, many alumni could not make it anymore due to other circumstances.

Actually I don't. hahaha. For the reason that I don't think we have much to really share and talk about because well, we have just graduated just a few years ago and not much has really changed in our lives. Maybe in 5 years I will though

When I absolutely need to like in a family reunion. However, if I can skip attending one, I'd rather not attend it.

I agree, we can always reminisce the past and laugh a lot about the things we did during those days!

None were organized from my class yet. If they plan to hold a reunion, I will attend. But it should be accessible.

I went to the 50th (!) anniversary of our final exam at secondary grammar school. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go but in the end enjoyed it.

It usually happens when we are adamant at attending reunions, and usually we found it so worth our time.

I wanted to but I can't. I'm working abroad and most of the time, the reunions are held while I'm away... Those traitors...
