Seeing is Believing

Have you ever seen something that you wouldn’t have believed could happen, if you hadn’t seen it with your own eyes? One thing that I saw that I wouldn’t have believed, was mud in trees 20 feet up, following a flash flood, after a hurricane dumped tons of rain on an area just west of where I live now, in Virginia. This was several years ago, but I will never forget it. Have you ever seen something like that?

Right now I'm thinking about Houston, Texas USA. Hurricane Harvey has devastated that entire area. I can't imagine how bad it really is. Have you heard reports about it in Bulgaria?

@IreneVincent It's far from house. Maybe not a whole town but some buildings only was covered by lahar. This was in 1991

I would say the 9.0 earthquake in Japan in 2011 was my most startling experience.

Several persons were washed away along with their houses in the middle of the night. It was really BAD.
