Time flies / myLot

I did not make it back here this evening. I will leave my house about 5:30 in the morning. I am meeting a friend for coffee and breakfast at 6. We were supposed to get together today, but I have to be in that town tomorrow, so it made more sense to have coffee before my inservice. It is a training that the principal wants to have all staff attend concerning using paras more effectively in the classroom. I am a para. So I will not be online tomorrow until after work, and will see you all then. Have a good day tomorrow.

There would be very few places in Australia where you could meet for coffee at 6am but it's great that you can.

Have a good time visiting with your friend , and enjoy your inservice .I would like to say Thank God for Paras , that extra help goes a long way for some kids . My daughter had some great ones that really helped her out.

Oh, I know. This summer has been full of ups and downs and it has not been long enough. Our meetings were pretty inspirational, with lots of new ideas. Then of course there are the usual sign ups for insurance and "housekeeping" type things we got done, too.

@GardenGerty I remember all of those things. Now that I am retired I have found myself missing, just a tiny bit, the bustling around getting ready for the opening of school.
