In a past post I mentioned running a food cart for the first time ,mistake will happen.
It part of the business. This kind of business you can not go to college for ,yes there is college how to run restaurant the can help, but the cost some times is higher then cost of mistake that can be made when doing the business
So the money I lose from my mistakes is my cost of like a college cost.this is what I mean by hot dog college

No I am still doing the hot dog cart
I was talking about hot on the job training.
And from the mistakes I made what I learn from it
Some times mistake cost money that the college course kind of
