Do you know what Doo Wop Music is? It’s the music from the 50s here in the USA.
My favorite style of music.
Here’s a link to the top 20 Doo Wop songs of the 50s.
My favorite song of ALL TIME is “Unchained Melody”.
That’s the one song I hope you will listen to, all the way through.
You won’t believe his voice when he hits those high notes at the end of the song.

@JudyEv You probably are speaking of "back-up singers" and YES, there was a lot of those too. There still are, even for country music, now.

@IreneVincent I don't have much more to tell. Just the fact that there were always 2 to 4 girls standing behind the band singing 'doo-wop' or whatever.

@IreneVincent I am listening to them and discovered that I know several of these songs by heart. I didn´t know they were called Doo Wop though.

What did you think of the Doo-Wop songs, especially "Unchained Melody" His voice is amazing. This is the song I sang with a live band at my 50th high school reunion. My classmates who had heard me sing all through school were really surprised that I could still sing. They were so pleased.
