My Arms Sore because of the Firewood

Australia

I have been putting firewood in our fireplace and the woods are heavy. Now both my arms are sore. It's like I went to gym lol. Have your arms been sore? What was the cause? What did you do for the arms to return to normal and not so sore?

I have to carry the woods everyday until my husband is home on Wed. He is the one doing that but since he is not home, I have no choice but to carry the heavy woods every now and then to put woods in the fireplace to keep our house warm.

So sorry your arms got sore. Lucky for me mine are not, I am very careful not to strain my arms because it takes such a long time for them to heal.

I think you are experiencing delayed muscle soreness. I usually do warm up exercises before doing some lifting activities.

I'm sorry your arms are sore. The best thing to do is to keep exercising them, they will soon feel normal.

Any great exertion can make any muscle sore. Only rest and time are the cure.
