Hi there! Everything in life must be balanced. Without finding that balance, you won't be able to have fun or even enjoy what you're doing. It's great to study when you enjoy what you're studying. It's like working. We love our job when we enjoy what we're doing. There's not much of a difference between studying and working. Real life problems happen when you start a job. I hope you'll be able to find that balance and hope that you shouldn't lose motivation because of one failure. Good luck!

Train your mind to see the good in every situation.

One thing is for sure -- stop overthinking. If you overthink, you can't focus on one thing or two. Try to divert your attention into something worthwhile. Think happy thoughts instead of hugging the anxiety.

Awknoledge that there is only present. Do that, contemplate on that a little bit and when you will realize that there is no use for thinking about things that haven't happend yet or that the past has any influence on you in this moment, this will make your life more enjoyable. Oh, and about that learning. Try to meditate, or at least calm your mind by doing some breathing exercises and focus on your breath, then only after you will do that you can focus more on your learning. Hope it helps ^^
