Language barrier ... I truely hate em...

I bought a new laptop as a gift for my me. It was just the 4th day when MS words stopped working. So went back to the store and asked thier technician to fix it. The technician said that Windows 10 are just trials. I said I bought a laptop for my daughter on that same store a few months ago. It is still working up until now. They insist that I can not return the product. WHO SAID I'M RETURNING THEM? I just need a product key to activate MS Office again. Jeez...

Must be hard learning arabic over there. So sad that things didn't go pretty well with the staff because of language barrier. Maybe you should try this too and it's free something my brother showed a while back. It's an alternate to microsoft office. good luck. It's free btw.

I never said I was learning Arabic? I am Jewish and learned Hebrew.

hope you were able to find someone with the family brain cell who could help get it sorted for you - sounds like that seller was pretty clueless

Yes they are.. I know little of arabic and they know little of english. It's really a tester of patiences here..

@RasmaSandra Unfortunately the issue was never solved. I gave up explaining to them the main reason I came to their store.
