Goofy and Goofier

Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed. This is one of them. Goofier, my husband is the one on the left, Goofy, the one on the right is me. Why do I call us Goofy and Goofier oh, I don't know, maybe because we forgot to place our brains in our heads when we woke up this morning. We had a day all planned out so we could get everything accomplished that we needed to do. Our first stop was the motor vehicle office to renew our tags. A trip that should have taken 15 minutes took us a grand total of 50 minutes. WHY? Goofier told Goofy (me) that he had put all the papers we would need in the truck. That was very nice. So outside we went and got into the car to go to the motor vehicle office. We arrived at the parking lot as they were unlocking the doors. All right we will be one of the first ones in. Goofier reached for the papers and guess what, no papers. They were back home in the TRUCK. So home we went, got the papers and drove back. The place was swarming with people. We ended up being number 11 in line. About 45 minutes later we finally got out the door and back in our car. We decided that we would go to pick up a couple of sausage biscuits and coffee and take them home. We got our order and started for home. I didn't chec it right away, part way home I looked in the bag and guess what, it wasn't our order. So back we went. My Goofier hubby argued with the people there about our order and they ended up giving us the food we had ordered. He caused a little scene when they asked him what were they supposed to do with the stuff we brought back, he couldn't resale it. After my husband told him what to do with the order we left. It was at that point that we decided to just go home and not come out again until tomorrow. I hope the rest of the day goes better. So how is your day going for you?
