Made an omelette

I love omelette and I make fun of it with adding some stuff at times. Eggplant omelette is common here and I add some ground meat or corned beef.
This one I made has Vienna sausage, luncheon meat, cubed cheese, and cubed potatoes. I also add some stuff at times, but it depends on available ingredients

My favorite omelette is one with small strips of bacon, finely chopped onions, red and green bell pepper, white pepper and grated cheddar cheese.
I'm also fine with omelette made from any left overs if that is what is on the table. I also like Spanish omelette.
