A few injuries lately

I don't know what's wrong with me, but it seems like I have got a few injuries one after another since a month ago. I started to have skin irritations since a month ago. I thought it was small issue, so I didn't really pay much attention to it. It became worse and it really affected my daily life, and I finally went to see the doctor, and she told me some has become eczema. I had the injection for anti-inflammatory and took some medicines too. I am glad that after a few days, things got better. Though I still feel some itchiness, there are no pain and no new infections too. I guess this is the first time I got skin irritations like this, and I have learned something new from it. Then, I hurt my right eye. I guess I rubbed my eye too harshly when I felt itchiness. It was really a small issue, and it took me less than 2 days to recover. Glad that it was healed by itself. I twisted my left foot last week. I also thought it was a small issue, but it's been almost a week and it becomes more painful now. I really have to go and apply medicine soon, as it again affects my daily life. Since I have to carry my baby always and bring my children to the park every day, I'd better take good care of my injured foot. I had a small cut on my finger. Though it was really a small cut, as I always do house work and wash something, it's a bit hurt. Am I too careless lately and caused all these injuries? It's really an alert to me to take good care of myself. It's time to think of a good exercise and meal plan to get myself fit and healthy. It's really quite challenging to take care of the young children while not feeling well. How have you been lately? Hope you all are doing well.

I am sorry to hear that. Perhaps you are just so tired. You need to give yourself a break.

I hope things are improving with you now. I have had periods right after the other that I spent a lot of time at the doctor for something or the other. I felt I should move in the doctor's office because I was there so often.

As you mention the skin problem, you are surely stressed and your brain is always thinking, so you do not pay attention to the small things and you get minor injuries.
