amazon and shipping things

I was wondering if anyone has had problems with amazon and them shipping things to you and having it be damaged? My boyfriend has gotten a couple dvd series and they have been damaged and the discs scratched. We call amazon and they refund the money spent for the problem and ship a new one and the new one is the same way. We are begining to think it is the person selling the product because today we got a replacement dvd set and the package it was in is fine but the cases the dvds are in are broke and some of the dvds are scratched people should not be allowed to sell stuff lije this on amazon. Sorry had to vent.

Yeah it is not right I am going to get a hold of someone myself this is not right at all. I am going to go on amazon and leave bad reviews for both sellers he got these from.

@Tina30219 We also did the same thing, left a review about our experience with those sellers.
I don't know if something was done about it though.
Leaving a review will do good for others, please do it :)

@vsai2008 Oh I definitely plan on doing it. I am also going to get a hold of amazon as well yet again they need to do something about this

I had some problems encountered in Amazon..like on deliveries..we are expecting a delivery on that day but they just left the packet at the mail box without trying to ring on our door..Another one was about the item posted on the site with inclusive of something, so you bought 2 items expecting to have those inclusive things as posted but you got only 1 item inclusive for buying 2 each items that was expected to have 2 inclusives there..I think Amazon has to do something about their sellers in their website..Otherwise, a lot will be afraid of going to their sites.
