How to tackle this humidity? / myLot

Is there anyone who can give me some good advice on how to tackle humidity. It is raining and hot at the same time and the humidity is driving me crazy and irritating me at the same time. Any suggestions what can I do to tackle this?

I had a de humidifier machine and it works but I no longer need it. Either that or jump in the cold cold water ...I also do that if I am sweating so much.

I take 2 and the most 3 dipper baths a day while the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan is turned on.
