I love to read books. There was a time in the past 10 years, when we did clean out our old books. We donated some to a book bin at a store that was collecting them for poor people.
My husband told me not to go over board and collect too many again. But, I have. The collection is starting to build again.
I buy really cheap used books on Amazon. I also have bought good books at the Dollar Tree because you can get a good hard back there for only 1 dollar. I have also bought them for real cheap at the Salvation Army.
What is one thing you can't resist buying?

These days I have learned my lessons and have given up buying sprees.But till some years back,I used to buy books,books and books. So I understand how it is with you.

I can resist everything Anne.
I do not and very rarely in life collected anything. Just the way I live now.
I do not want a chain of things around my neck.
I had moved so much that I don´t want things in case I have to move again.

@LeaPea2417 The only thing I can recall collecting was Princess Diana dolls and I had the whole set of them the porcelains and had to trade them for a car

One thing I can't resist buying is books all though mine are e-books not paper. I use to read paper I was like you had a lot of them. I shared with my friends once I read them then sold them online and got more.

I'd have to say books is my shopping addiction. Even though I have plenty of books to read I'm always looking for more. Amazon and Ebay have some good prices on books (used)
