Second time aronder band what is it?

The second time Rounder band is a marching band in at Petersburg Florida area. It a group of people who play marching band music instrument. If you were a adult who use to play in a high school or military Marching band then you can join second time Rounders. It has people in their band from 18 to 99 year old.the second time Rounder band play all year around.
