I had not considered honey bee as a food resource until about one month ago, when someone suggested it to me. Honey bee is beleived to have many nutritious and healthy properties. It´s recommended to have one spoonful of honey bee a day. I have followed that advise with moderation, until now honey bee has resulted good for my system. I can have it with cornflakes and fruit, also to sweeten coffee and tea. Have you ever tasted honey bee?

Honey has always been a favorite but we could hardly get pure organic honey here. Fortunately, a few weeks ago, some people from the mountain delivered some honey into my home. Of course I bought some and these days I take a spoon of honey every morning before breakfast.

@quantum2020 A friend told me how to do it. Put it in the freezer. Pure honey will never freeze, it'll stay the same. If it freezes, then it's not real honey, it's honey mixed with something else.

What do you mean with 'honey bee'? Bees make honey but we don't eat the bees. We only eat the honey.

Just consider the adjective, I´m meaning to say the product of bees. ¨Honey bee¨

@quantum2020 The product of bees would be 'bee honey'. But no other animal makes honey so it's not necessary to mention bees.
