Once the fair prize lists were available I checked to see what I need to make. One quick easy category, A machine quilted baby quilt made with a panel. I have a panel, batting and backing. They were assembled and the. I spent an evening quilting the baby quilt. The following day the binding was added and a label made. Now it is washed and ready for exhibit. On to the next project.

I have a twin size quilt I'll be entering as a "tied" quilt. It's finished...all but the label.

No stand....just entering exhibits for prizes. Last year I entered things in 18 categories and won a total of 15 ribbons. This year I hope to enter more and win at least as many ribbons.

With this discussion I venture to wager that this is now officially fair season. I'm looking forward to seeing more projects and then of course, hearing about the prizes you rake in.

That's what it looks like. I'm not ready to venture into entering the other local fairs....I will be away on vacation for one of them.

OMG, it seemed easy from what you wrote, but I know how difficult it is re: quilting. I tried and admitted defeat!
