When we toured the Netherlands we were in the traditional cheese market in Edam.a small town. Except for the cheese stands for the sale of the townspeople and their surroundings, a presentation of the local residents, showing the tourists who came to watch it, how the cheese trade between farmers and merchants existed in the town in the distant past. One of the funny situations in my eyes in the conduct of this trade is the negotiations on the price between the farmer and the dealer made by striking the palm of the hand to each other whenever one of them is offer a price on the goods (the cheese)... In the end it was interesting and enjoyable to see this show and also taste the delicious cheeses and of course buy some types: goat cheese, sheep cheese and cow cheese... Which one do you like? The picture was took by me in Netherland.

The sheep cheese where I live is the one that costs more than the three of them, but to me it the most tasty
