What is the best kind of sauce?

There is a great diversity of sauces around the world (and it seems that every day someone creates some new ones). One sauce always looks better than another as we try something new, right? But in my opinion, no sauce can beat the barbecue sauce. And for you?

There are many kinds of sauces in the world and actually I pick them buy brands sometimes. They must add some secrets so that they will be so tasteful

I think it depends and what you are going to dip on the sauce? But yeah I think barbecue sauce is a classic favorite. For me I like sweet & spicy sauces
