Yeah that's true. You can still lose weight with just fixing up your diet, but I don't think it possible if you exercise then still eat lots of unhealthy food.

@fly802 I could say cure laziness, then again, no one has made a cure for that yet. I myself suffer that at times.

The best way is to find something that will work for you that you want to stay on. It could be eating healtier and cutting out things that you do not need.
