Does anyone know anything about google play and android?

I have a question. There is an app that I previously downloaded on another device that I no longer own. It was on an android device, and so through the google play store. I want to download that app again, but I can not find a way to de-register the device through the google play store so that I can download it to this device. Does anyone know how to do that?

You have to uninstall the app from that device. That's the only way it will work. Otherwise yoou have to open new account for that apps functionality if available.
