Stomach Ache

I had some sort of sharp stomach pains yesterday. It was too much that I had to leave office to see the doctor. After an injection and one day of medication, it felt much better but I have to abstain from certain foods for now.

I think imodium is a good pill for stomach ache but stomach ache can be a lot of things. I hope you are okay now.

@holdoors oh, you have to eat more sweet potato or as we call it kamote so the that trapped air comes out

@holdoors air in the stomach can be relieved by drinking hot tea or just hot water. But if you had stomach flu then you need medication for that.
