Most of us easily seen the wrongs of the other, give corrections to other and mostly give some advises. Definitly its because we saw, we heared it and sometime talked about it. But did you ever think to have your own self inventory? Did I hurt someone? Why some people hate me? Why people talked about me? Some had a hard time to accept wrongs even though it is obvious. Some people do not accept corrections. Sometime we need to have our self inventory. Sometime we need to change for better and not for worst. Do not take it as degrading our self just think we are helping our self to be a better person. Check our self for wrong doing and correcting is neccessary if ever.

I am open to constructive criticisms - at work or at home or even in church. The criticisms are designed to improve us not to harm us.
