Debt will finally cause a country to suffer. Who will bear the suffering? the big shots or the people?How can austerity programme help restore economic condition to normal while the big shots keep living it up -- touring around worldwide on state budget? I am not referring to any country. It's just a made-up situation a country may experience in the future.
