Hey everyone I hope you are having a good day.
Tonight for dinner I made kelbasa with pineapples and rice on the side. It was so good but now I'm so stuffed! Johnny is working late so I will heat it up for him when he gets home.
My kids and I will be watching America's got talent tonight, we all enjoy that show.
Tomorrow afternoon all 5 of my kids have to get physicals and shots done. Fun times...not! Lol. Then after that our kids will be going to Awana at church. =)
How was your dinner and watching anything good tonight?

@averygirl72 It's a smoked sausage originating from Poland, but very popular in the United States. I grew up in an area with a large German and Polish immigrant population, we ate the stuff all the time.

Your dinner sounds good! I saw that you were making that in a comment you made on someone else's post. Do you saute the pineapple too?
I was going to make soup, but then remembered that I had packed Otto soup for lunch, so... I pulled some chicken thighs out of the freezer and braised them with carrots and red potatoes and onions, plus some chicken stock that I had in the fridge. We'll probably eat in about 30 minutes.
I brought home My Neighbor Totoro from the library, maybe we'll watch that tonight.

I had some pizza for supper, nothing spectacular.
I've been cleaning the house, but right now I'm watching the Kennedy series, I streamed it a few months ago, but its historic and I like shows like that.
Enjoy the night, I hope that none of the kids cry tomorrow at the doctor's office.

Oh I feel so sorry for you tomorrow. I remember one time I had to get my daughter, her shots and the next day she was to go to Knott's Berry Farm. We were only in the US for a week to see my grandma. She did not feel good all day at the park. I felt so bad for her. Each time she had to have her shots it took a few days for her to jump back and be herself again. I sure hope it is better for you and your children don't get as sick as my daughter did.

I use turkey sausages like the kelbasa, do you just add pineapple, I would like to make this.

That sounds really good, we had a stir fry and rice. It was good. One of my favorite meals.

It's Wednesday. Mid-week Bible study. Whatever is on the TV is what I watch. My husband is a TV hogger. But I love him!

Sounds like a good meal. They'll be happy to have the physicals over and done with. I'm sure they're all looking forward to AWANA. I watched Netflix three episodes of Once Upon a Time - season 6 is now there. New season starts October 6. As for supper, with the sore throat I had yesterday, gone today, I didn't eat last night.
