Cranberry juice is very good for UTI's. You don't want to drink too much water. About 64 ounces for women and 96 for men. Too much can reduce your body's sodium level and that can be dangerous.

I do not monitor if I take 8 glasses a day but I know i drink often every 30 minutes I sip some water. I had UTI before

I agree with you. Water is also good for the liver. Water helps to keep our skin dehydrated. Water helps in digestion. It is more healthy to consume boiled or treated water to be safe and prevent infections. Water is life.
