I came across this photo of our granddaughter when we spent the day babysitting her in New York City. Notice her looking at her little foot? Who knew then that her little feet would do ballet, tap dancing, and figure skating as well as everything else little feet do? Well, today, my little feets walked 16 miles with my friends. Some dropped out after our usual 6 miles, and some left after ten. This beat my old record of walking 15 miles in one walk. And I feel terrific!!! So do my feets!

I like that! Potential!!!! Yes, it was a beautiful day with no appointments to keep and time for walking and talking. With the talking, you don't even realize how far one can walk!

Thanks! lol The walk took about 4 hours. We didn't plan on it, so walked very quickly in the beginning and eventually slowed down to a panting halt.

At first I thought you meant feats -- then I saw the picture, cute! Anyway congrats! I think 16 miles is quite a feat on your feet! I think the most I've ever done in a day is around 10 miles...

@Hannihar Modeling was only a fun hobby for me, not a career. I wanted a steady career and a steady salary. Not so with modeling unless one becomes a super model, which was way out of my league.

@DianneN Yes, so very true. Did you want to be a model when you were thinking of what you wanted to be when you grew up?
