The lack of 3 cents. Is it a curse?

Again I only need 3 cents for my next goal. How can it be possible that 3 or 4 times in a row, I came out short of 3 cents for a long time? I have interacted, have written a couple of posts, have checked some recent posts... Everything. Yet the 3 cents less are there. And with 3 more cents in this perfect month, I will reach my best cashout: $17. Will I reach it by interacting? By sleeping? By watching TV? What do you think?
