Yard Sale!

When our upstairs neighbor moved out a couple weeks ago, she left nine bags of clothing to us to do whatever we wanted with them.
They are mostly her daughter's clothes, and a bunch of baby clothes. Since we have no need of these things, we figured we would have a yard sale and sell what we can, before donating the rest. We're also going to try to sell the girl's bike, a barbell with weights, and the smoker they gave us, all priced at "make an offer ( we're selling the clothing for fifty cents an item.)
It starts bright and early tomorrow morning, as soon as I can get change from the bank. Hopefully, I can make a liquor store run, too. Because what's a yard sale without beer?
Of course, this will cut into my MyLot time, but I won't be ignoring you, I'll be busy selling stuff (hopefully.)

No, actually it was a disaster. A holiday weekend in Manitou is definitely not a good time to hold a yard sale.

A yard sale can be great fun or a ton of work! For us, if we are making money, we don't mind the work at all.

The second day here is starting later this morning. It's only 2am here. Lot's of people will be in town today for an arts festival. Hopefully, it will pick up.

I hope it goes well for you. I agree - try to get a little for the items and then donate the rest. .50 per item clothing is a good deal.
