Do you date someone you love or one that loves you

There's something about love that even a sane mind cannot comprehend.Loving someone with all their flaws and pains.Sometimes your partner can be very annoying and a pain in the neck but you can't let go.
You just want to be with this one person all day and everyday even if he or she is the not the best of persons.To achieve such unconditional love.Do we go for one that loves us or a person that we love?

I'd rather go to the person I love. Loving means having a firm decision making on things. If you really love a person you'll never let go of him.

It is easy for me to love someone that convinces me that they love me. I am more cautious when it comes to love and I can let down my guard if the person loves me first. So I would go for someone who loves me.

@augusta123 No. I wouldn't want to fake my feelings or compromise either because love is a natural feeling. I will make it clear to them about what I think so I do not waste their time.
I am the kind of person who takes relationship seriously and wouldn't date for fun.

@augusta123 Yes. I will try flirting. And if the person shows interest then it will be better to be friends first. Just to find out if the person is really single first.

@augusta123 you loving someone is a choice...so other person has the choice of rejecting or loving me..I will feel sad and bad if the person rejects me...but I will try to show my love if she rejects or accept me

As abnormal as it may seem, I have never loved anyone in a romantic way before. That aside, I have dated quite a few times but nothing meaningful came out of it.

@augusta123 Really? Most people that I share this with say that I only haven't found the right guy for me. Of course I found them attractive. Why will I date them if I don't? Attraction and love and is never the same.
