Holiday Curiosity Anyone!

What Is The Biggest Holiday For You And Your Family??? Mine Is Thanksgiving. We Always Get Together Every Year No Matter What.Its Way More Relaxed Because You Dont Have To Stick To The Traditional Thanksgiving Themed Meal. We Can Change It Up According To How Much Money We Have That Year So No One Feels Left Out Or Like They Couldnt Contribute.Though We Wouldnt Care If You Didnt Bring Anything!!! What Holiday Would You Get Rid Of IF You Had To Choose??? Mine Would Be Halloween!! Dont Get Me Wrong I Enjoy Some Of the Traditions It Has To Offer. But As A Mom I Feel That Alot Of People Use That Particular Holiday And What People Make It, For Bad. I Really Dont See How I Can Enjoy A Holiday With My Little One When Its Taught World Wide That People May Try And Poison You So Check Your Bucket Before You Eat. Its Like "Ehhhh I May Or May Not Die At The Hand Of A Weird Sicko Praying On Innocent Children This Year How Fun!!!!"

Here the Chinese New Year is the biggest holiday here. As many people finally can have a break from work and school. I don't want to get rid of any festivals. As long as we can have a break, I don't mind having more festivals

In India, I celebrate Diwali with my relatives which is my best holiday. India has a lot of religious holidays. According to me each holiday has it's own importance. So I won't get rid of any holiday.

My favorite holiday would be Valentines Day. I love the fact that people make it a priority to care about each other, that day. I think I could throw Halloween out the window. It seems silly and potentially dangerous, to me.
