Toast and Jam for Dessert

I had to go gluten-free several years ago, and Japan is not gluten-free friendly in a lot of ways (every kind of sauce and flavoring seems to have gluten) and there was no GF bread. Recently a couple of companies have finally started making rice bread, so I get all excited about having toast again (it's not very good as sandwich bread but great toasted.) So tonight I had toast with butter and apricot jam for dessert! It was good. What do you like for dessert?

We have gluten free bread and flour here, many people have gluten problems. One of my favorite desserts is "panna cotta".

It is a lovely desert toast and jam. Banana is what I usually have mixed with ginger and cinammon.
