Toast and Jam for Dessert

I had to go gluten-free several years ago, and Japan is not gluten-free friendly in a lot of ways (every kind of sauce and flavoring seems to have gluten) and there was no GF bread. Recently a couple of companies have finally started making rice bread, so I get all excited about having toast again (it's not very good as sandwich bread but great toasted.) So tonight I had toast with butter and apricot jam for dessert! It was good.
What do you like for dessert?

It is a lovely desert toast and jam.
Banana is what I usually have mixed with ginger and cinammon.
