Tiring yet Productive day it is!

I started the day continuing what my operations director asks me to give him. He said it's urgent. But hey! What he is asking for is like one of my monthly reports! Haha. But it's okay. I can do it! Then as time goes by my in line industrial engineers ask me to consumpt for the fixtures they needed for their lines. I attend to their needs, finished it then let them ask the signatories for the approval because it costs a lot! Then back to the report. Then distribute grocery incentives for the people who qualified for the scheme. Then again. Back to the report and had finished and submitted it. It's tiring but I can say with a smile on my face that I worked productively today.

You have done a hell of a job there my friend. I guess you also need the incentives yourself. Keep it up and be productive.

Yeah. We're giving them canned goods, rice, cooking oil etc. We have criteria for that. We give incentives to those operators who are really productive.
