To be in peace is a blessing . So many are unable to obtain any peace at all. There can be a lot of pressure coming from many areas. There should be effective ways to obtain peacefulness. Being surrounded by greatness can help. The ones who offer support and avoid being a torn in one's side are the best people to be surrounded by. Shutting down at time is quite beneficial. There is no reason why any person should always be consumed by the stresses within the world. "Peacefulness" is splendid and should be appreciated. There should be goals set to enjoy peace. Being in peace will also incur joyfulness. There is so much joy when engaged in peaceful events that a smile is generated. Smiling is another way to be at peace. Not responding to certain communications and dismissing some from the circle can help with peacefulness. Allowing self to experience some joy is a wonderful thing. How awesome! There is so much confusion in and around the world. So many are so destructive and "will continue" to be the way they are because of the troubles they're experiencing. Not all will know how to cope. Peace is so wonderful and to be able to just listen to the sounds of nature. Birds chirping outside the window and hearing the wind blow. Avoid being consumed with stress. Try not "to be" apart of too many stressful events. Of course we'll need to deal with some of the most difficult beings at some point but do not be surrounded by such individuals too long. The mind and body must rest. There is way too much to live for and one of the reasons so many end up dealing with more problems is because they continue to allow problematic individuals in their lives. Don't Allow Individuals to Steal the joy and the Peace. So Many may try to do so." By: (Tanikka Paulk)
